Cinco de Mayo – Flavor Fiesta

Chile Relleno (GF) - Fire-charred poblano pepper stuffed with brown rice, seasonal veggies, and vegan cheese. Served with brown rice and refried beans over a rich roasted tomato sauce, and topped with pickled red onions and fresh radish. Our famous Steak Tacos — each bite better than the last. Taquitos (GF) - Crispy corn tortillas filled with spiced chorizo, creamy potato, and melted cheese. Finished with a drizzle of sour cream, vibrant salsa verde, crisp lettuce, and thinly sliced radish.

Cinco de Mayo at V-Spot was a vibrant celebration of flavor and community. Guests packed the house to enjoy bold specials like the Chile Relleno, Taquitos, and Steak Tacos — each dish a standout hit. The response was so overwhelming, we’ve added them to our permanent menu.
